During my stay, I found the hotel to be extremely comfortable, with nice rooms and wonderful service. The location was great, only minutes away from Union Station. The dining options were good, although a bit minimal. While the facility was maintained well, I did find the lack of compassion in some areas a downside.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful, providing a cocoon-like sleeping experience, though some may find them uninspiring for a Ritz Carlton. The service was top-notch, especially the valet service, quick, friendly, and perfect for a belated birthday celebration. While the location was good for downtown Denver, it lacked a bit of warmth and charm, feeling like an afterthought in a converted office building off the 16th Street Mall. Dining options were excellent, offering a huge array of delicious choices, and the facilities were satisfying.
