During my stay, I found the hotel to be extremely comfortable, with nice rooms and wonderful service. The location was great, only minutes away from Union Station. The dining options were good, although a bit minimal. While the facility was maintained well, I did find the lack of compassion in some areas a downside.
During our stay at the hotel, we found the rooms to be very nice and spacious, but the value for the price we paid was poor due to the old carpet and the mediocre staff. However, we appreciated the comfortable and roomy accommodations over the three nights we were there.

Staying at the Ritz Carlton Denver was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, providing a cocoon-like sleeping experience, though some may find them uninspiring for a Ritz Carlton. The service was top-notch, especially the valet service, quick, friendly, and perfect for a belated birthday celebration. While the location was good for downtown Denver, it lacked a bit of warmth and charm, feeling like an afterthought in a converted office building off the 16th Street Mall. Dining options were excellent, offering a huge array of delicious choices, and the facilities were satisfying.
